You can use our new Assurant Account Change Request Form  for the following requests:

• Principal/Ownership Change
• Shipping Address Change
• Business Address Change
• Mailing Address Change
• Contact Information Change

If you need to change your Buyer Name please submit a New Reseller Application | Assurant.
