How are Orders consolidated for Shipment?

Orders are picked, packed and staged for shipment as they are released by our Finance team, and are picked in a first-in, first-out fashion. 

When planning your logistics, please keep the following in mind as this can impact order consolidation:

• Not all warehouses are physically located at the same facility
• Not all warehouses have the same banking entity

Here is what we are and are not able to do to help consolidate orders for Shipment:

What we CAN do:

• Pack and ship orders for the same warehouse that were released by Finance within 2 business days of each other
• Pack and ship orders for warehouses physically located at the same facility that were released by Finance within 2 business days of each other

What we CANNOT do:

• Hold orders for consolidation for longer than 2 business days after release by Finance, regardless of warehouse
• Combine or consolidate orders across different physical facilities
• Continue to hold orders while new orders are On Hold or Awaiting Payment

What you can do:

• Consolidate orders prior to Checkout using our Adding to Existing Orders feature
