Can I edit On Hold Orders?

While your order is On Hold, you can Add Items from your Cart and edit the Shipping and Billing details.

Select an Order to Edit

• Go to the ACCOUNT menu and click Orders
• In the Orders Items list, find the order you'd like to edit
• Click on the Order # (Status must be "On Hold")

Editing Shipping and Billing details

• Select an Order to edit
• On the Order Details page, scroll down to view Shipping and Billing details
• Use the EDIT buttons beside the details you want to edit
• Note: Only addresses that have been approved by our Security & Compliance teams are eligible for Shipping Address selection.
