If you made a purchase from ASP and would like to cancel your order due to extenuating circumstances, it is best to reach out to ASPSalesSupport@Assurant.com to let us know. Orders may only be canceled prior to shipping.
Requests to cancel may not be approved. Securing inventory via On Hold or Check Out is an agreement to purchase.
