Adding to Existing Orders

Use the HOLD ORDER FOR LATER feature during checkout to add more items before finalizing your order.

At the end of each checkout flow, you will have options to HOLD ORDER FOR LATER or PAY AND SHIP NOW. Choose HOLD ORDER FOR LATER to reserve the quantities of your items while holding the order open to add more items. This inventory will be reserved for you.

 The ability to put inventory on-hold is a convenience feature to allow you to consolidate inventory into a single order over a few days. Customers are expected to have on hold orders checked out within 5 days; Putting items on hold is considered a commitment on your part to purchase the inventory.

You can continue to add inventory to an On Hold order for up to 5 days by using the option to ADD TO EXISTING ORDER during checkout.  Note: Each warehouse is permitted a single On Hold order at a time.

On Hold orders may be checked out and finalized at any time by selecting the order from the Orders menu (top-right of Stock List page) and using the PAY AND SHIP NOW option.
