Why is my Cart empty when I view it?

An empty cart usually means one of two things: Accepted/Active items in your Active Offer Worksheet haven't been added to your Cart yet, or items you previously added were purchased by another buyer before you checked out.

When viewing items on the Stock List, you have two options for purchasing: OFFER and BUY.

Offering:

Selecting the OFFER option allows you to bid on the product at a price of your choosing via a pop-up menu:

Offers will not be moved to your Cart until they are accepted by our clearing team and added to the Cart from your Active Offers Worksheet.

Buying:

Selecting the BUY option allows you add items to your Cart at the list price right away, without needing to wait for Offers to be reviewed and accepted:

On Hold Inventory:

If you have placed inventory On Hold, a temporary order has been created and the inventory will not show in your cart. 

Navigate to the 'ACCOUNT' drop-down menu (the option at the top right of your screen) and click on 'Orders'.  You should be able to see your On Hold order(s) from there.
