Does Assurant DLS provide assistance with unlocking devices?

Assurant DLS does provide assistance in unlocking devices from specific warehouses. We work with our partners to provide this service.  

• We are currently able to assist with unlocking the following devices:
  • W23: ATT iPhone, ATT Samsung, ATT, Motorola and LG
  • W37: Telus devices
• Samsung and Motorola devices with an ATT SKU require unlock codes provided by our partner, which will need to be input by the buyer once we have received them.  For more information on unlocking these devices please click here.

• We do not have the ability to unlock "VZW" devices.  Verizon unlocks devices 60 days after activation. Please click here to be directed to the Verizon policy.

• We do not have the ability to unlock type "OTH" devices from any warehouse. Please contact the carrier for assistance unlocking these devices.
