Orders placed through ASP use the Default Shipping method selected by our buyers.

There are different Shipping options to select from, depending on the warehouse the orders will originate-from. Here is a brief explanation of each:
For DLS-Graded Warehouses (Example W23 and W04):
Assurant Shipping:
*This option is only available for Domestic (US) buyers*
Assurant Shipping is a stream-lined option for our Domestic US buyers. This expedited shipping method offers 3 Day Select shipping.
Assurant Shipping will have a minimum charge and a per-unit rate that depends on the Buyer's region. The cost will be available for review at Check Out.
Bill My Account:
For this option we will keep your Carrier Account and preferred Service Level on file, and use this information to ship your goods once they are ready to go. There is an option to add multiple Carrier Accounts as well if you have different preferences depending on the type of shipment.
Along with Assurant Shipping this is the fastest and easiest way to receive your orders.
Schedule a Pickup/Customer:
*This option is only available for Domestic (US) buyers*
For this option, we will send the weights and dimensions of your shipment once it is staged so you can provide your own labels. Keep in mind that this method can delay an order up to 24 hours.
When using this method you must declare the correct and total value of the goods being shipped. The value of the goods on your commercial invoice must match the value from the Sales Invoices for the orders being shipped.
We ask that the necessary labels and documents to be returned within 2 hours for all domestic buyers. For our international buyers, we are sensitive to the time difference and ask that you provide labels as soon as possible and no later than 8:00 am US CST, which will enable us to ship your product the next business day.
Buyers who chose this method but cannot meet the requirements listed above will be asked to provide a Shipping Account and have the option to provide their own labels revoked.
Adding Additional Shipping Instructions:
*This option is ONLY available for 'Bill My Account' and 'Assurant Shipping' Shipping Methods*
Customers have the option to add additional shipping instructions when adjusting Shipping Preferences. This field is located here, under the Speed: Bill My Account option:
When adding additional shipping instructions please be aware of the following:
- Instructions in this field are treated as requests and we do not guarantee that they can be followed.
- This field should NOT be used to request alternate shipping addresses.
- Some options will have additional fields that need to be populated, but won't appear until the option is selected (For example; when 'Add Insurance' is selected, and additional field for the value will appear)
For TX1 and TN1 Warehouses:
Assurant Shipping:

Assurant Shipping is a stream-lined option for our Domestic US buyers. This expedited shipping method offers 3 Day Select shipping.

Auto Ship Agreement:
Similar to Bill My Account for DLS Warehouses, but the customer will not provide carrier number in ASP. Instead, the customer completes our Auto Ship Agreement Form and emails it to ASPSalesSupport@Assurant.com.
This information will be used by the TN1 & TX1 shipping teams to create a Bill of Lading using the provided account number. Customers are billed through the provided FedEx/UPS/DHL account.
Along with Assurant Shipping this is the fastest and easiest way to receive your orders.
Completing the Auto Ship Agreement will enable you to:
- Pre-Verify Shipment Method
- Pre-Verify Insurance Requirements
- Receive Orders Faster
