What does OTH Carrier Mean?

When looking at the Stock List on ASP, you may have noticed devices with the Carrier ‘OTH’:

OTH devices are locked at the time of grading and are sold as such.  While there is no guarantee which carrier the devices will be locked to, our data indicates that the majority of OTH devices are locked to T-Mobile. 

Carriers like Sprint, Straight Talk/Tracfone and Cricket represent a large portion of the non-T-Mobile devices, and a smaller percentage will be International carriers like Softbank or Vodafone Libertel.

Be aware when purchasing OTH devices that they cannot be unlocked by Assurant.
