Orders can be anticipated to ship within 3 business days (Monday through Friday) of release by Finance during peak season.

If you have an order that has not shipped within 4 days of payment, please send a confirmation of payment to ASPSalesSupport@Assurant.com for support.
The best practice for expedient shipments of orders is to fund them as soon as they are checked out. Reviewing your shipping preferences to ensure accuracy, and providing labels quickly when requested will also help expedite the shipping of your product.
