IMEI lists or ASN Files are available to download for orders with the status of Partially Shipped, Shipped, or Invoiced.
The list of IMEIs will be made available to download from the Order Detail page at this link:
If the IMEI list is not showing as available for an order in Partially Shipped, Shipped, or Invoiced status, please send an email to ASPSalesSupport@Assurant.com for support.
IMEI lists will not be uploaded until orders have been funded, picked and shipped. Assurant cannot provide IMEI lists prior to the shipment of orders.
