Once your order ships, the Order Status will update to “Shipped” in the Order Details screen. Once the order has been closed out, the status will then update to “Invoiced”.
At that point, you’ll be able to:
- Download your Invoice and IMEI List directly from the Order Details page.
- Access tracking information via the ASN File link in your Order List or on the Order Details page.
If you would like to receive email notifications when your order ships, you can enable them under Notification Preferences under the ACCOUNT menu:
